nSI needs intermediate analysis expertise in the areas of modeling and simulation, multi-spectral target signatures, core lethality models, atmospheric and electromagnetic environments, quality, safety, and test event support.

Duties include:  (a) Planning, organizing, and conducting research in a variety of areas, such as new or existing products, in support of technical initiatives. (b) Searching sources such as reference works, literature, documents, published papers, journals, statistical records, and other sources of information to maintain subject matter expertise and support research. (c) Analyzing information and statistical data to prepare reports and studies for use by other professionals.

Preferred Skills:

Qualifications: To qualify for this position, the candidate should possess a BS degree in a related field or have at least seven years of relevant experience. Applicant must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be proficient with office automation tools.  Applicant must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.  Employment requires the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.

Desired experience includes: Current security clearance or recent security investigation, related work in a Department of Defense contracting environment, familiarity with the Ballistic Missile Defense System, familiarity with Modeling and Simulation.
