Job Description:

nou Systems, Inc. (nSI) has openings in Huntsville, AL for talented professionals to provide technical services for the advancement of technology in support of our Defense customers.  nSI’s mission is to develop products and provide services essential to solving our customers’ most difficult, urgent, and demanding technical problems.  Our vision is to grow an exceptional team collaborating to solve diverse and challenging technical problems in an enjoyable, stimulating environment, while providing unsurpassed value to our customers.

nSI needs intermediate administrative/clerical expertise in the areas of program management support, program operations and control, property management support, and training.

Duties include:  (a) Developing, drafting, writing and editing reports, briefs, proposals, and other documents in support of customer requirements. (b) Interfacing with personnel to coordinate meetings, maintain logs, records and files, provides end-user support, and performing general administrative duties. (c) Assisting in budgetary, billing, and financial management. (d) Preparing and maintaining systems, programming and operations documentation, procedures and methods, including user reference manuals.

Preferred Skills:

Qualifications: To qualify for this position, the candidate should possess a BS degree or have at least seven years of relevant experience. Applicant must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be proficient with office automation tools.  Applicant must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.  Employment requires the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.

Desired experience includes: Current security clearance or recent security investigation, related work in a Department of Defense contracting environment, familiarity with the Ballistic Missile Defense System, familiarity with Modeling and Simulation.
