Brent Romine, the team combines technical expertise, industry leadership, and proven management to guide nou Systems’ growth as a nationally recognized, 100% employee-owned engineering and technology firm.

Dr. J. Brent Romine 
President, Chief Executive Officer, and Co-Founder 

Dr. J. Brent Romine is CEO, President, and Co-Founder of nou Systems, Inc. (nSI), a 100% employee-owned engineering and technology firm headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama. Since founding nSI in 2012, he has led its growth to over 280 employee-owners and built a national reputation for excellence in test and evaluation, research and development, cybersecurity, systems and software engineering, rapid prototyping, and advanced sensor technologies. Previously, Dr. Romine served for 16 years at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, where he advanced from Technical Staff to Assistant Division Head of the Air and Missile Defense Division. He holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. 

Dr. William Brower 
Vice President of Business Operations and Co-Founder 

Dr. William Brower leads nSI's Business Operations, overseeing Contracts, Finance & Accounting, Program Control & Pricing, and Data Integration & Business Intelligence. A co-founder of the company, Dr. Brower brings more than 20 years of experience in radar systems, data fusion, and ballistic missile defense. He previously served as technical staff at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. Dr. Brower holds a B.S. in Physics from Georgia Tech and both an M.S. and Ph.D. in Experimental Particle Physics from the University of California, San Diego. 

Dr. Anamaria Dent 
Director, Engineering Services 

Dr. Anamaria Dent directs nSI’s Engineering Services Division, supporting programs for the Army Test and Evaluation Command, the Missile Defense Agency, and other defense stakeholders. She brings over 17 years of experience in missile defense, systems engineering, and program management, including prior military service as a U.S. Navy Radiation Specialist and Health Physicist Officer. Dr. Dent holds dual B.S. degrees in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from California State University, Northridge, and both an M.S. and Ph.D. in Mathematics from Colorado State University. 

 Dr. Paul Bisso 
Vice President, Technical Solutions & Chief Innovation Officer 

Dr. Paul Bisso leads the Technical Solutions division at nSI, managing more than 45 active contracts across the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. An inventor, published researcher, and cybersecurity expert, Dr. Bisso previously served as CTO of a publicly traded firm and founded an advanced manufacturing company. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University and both an M.S. and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from MIT.

Mr. Daniel Landers 
Vice President & Chief Information & Security Officer 

Mr. Daniel Landers oversees nSI’s Information Technology, Information Security, Industrial Security, Facilities, Environmental, Quality, and Safety operations. With 20 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity, he has held key roles at MIT Lincoln Laboratory and the Missile Defense Agency. Mr. Landers holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Auburn University and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). 

Mr. Tyler Wade 
Chief People Officer 

Mr. Tyler Wade leads strategic people initiatives at nSI, including workforce planning, learning and development, leadership growth, culture transformation, and HR technology integration. With over two decades of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development, he has helped scale high-performing cultures across government, healthcare, tech, and education sectors. Before joining nSI, he was Principal Consultant at People Development Systems. He holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Pepperdine University and maintains numerous certifications in HR, change management, and leadership development. 

Mrs. Stacey Henshaw 
Accounting Manager

Mrs. Stacey Henshaw manages Finance and Accounting at nSI. With more than 15 years of experience in government contracting and financial operations, she brings deep knowledge of compliance and corporate accounting. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Athens State University and an MBA from the University of North Alabama. 

Mr. Josh Olive 
Director, Business Development and Proposals 

Mr. Josh Olive leads nSI’s business development and proposal operations. Beginning his career in robotics and Radar Absorbent Material (RAM) application, he moved into program management and then into business development, where he has excelled for over two decades. He has worked with agencies including MDA, NASA, DARPA, and multiple service branches, and has significantly increased proposal win rates while expanding nSI’s market reach.

Ms. Jennifer L. Perkins 
Director of Contracts 

Ms. Jennifer L. Perkins leads contracts strategy and compliance at nSI. With over 20 years of experience in government and commercial contracting, she ensures seamless execution across a diverse program portfolio. A Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) and Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), she currently serves as President of the NCMA Huntsville Chapter. Ms. Perkins earned a B.S. in Aeronautical Studies from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is a licensed pilot. 

Ms. Cathy Greenhaw
Corporate Facility Security Officer

Ms. Cathy Greenhaw leads the Industrial Security Program at nSI. With more than 30 years of experience in the execution and management of a successful Industrial Security Program, she brings a diverse and in-depth knowledge in the proven execution of a successful security program having executed successful security programs as both an ISSM and FSO of large complex security operations and networks. Before joining nSI she was the Corporate ISSM for COLSA Corporation and served 4 years as the Security Manager and 13 years as the ISSM for the MDA Advanced Research Center. In less than 3 years under her security leadership of the nSI security program, nSI was awarded the prestigious James S. Cogswell Industrial Security Achievement Award by DCSA.
